Can I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at oriana@mommyshomecooking.com


Can I return an item?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as book, ebooks, food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 

Per our company policy you can return your item for store credit. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges, with the exception of defective item situations. Please write on your email the reason for your return and what you would like us to do for you.

Can I return or exchange Simply Eggless Cookbook?

Cookbooks and/or ebooks are not refundable or exchangeable.


Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order as long as your order has not shipped yet.


Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rate and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose and number of item you buy. 

The customer is responsible to pay any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country other than USA.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.


How long will it take to receive my order?

We will ship your order within 5 business days at the longest. Once it ships it usually takes 3-5 business days to get to you, although we cannot guarantee when it will arrive as once it leaves our warehouse it is out of our hands.


Who pays for the duty fees and/or taxes on international shipments?

Any duty fees and/or taxes that may be due upon receiving a package in a different country other than USA will be the responsibility of the customer.


I haven't received my order yet!

Occasionally though an order may be returned to us. If your package hasn't been delivered after the time listed above, please contact us at oriana@mommyshomecooking.com, we're very happy to help track this down. Either way, we'll ensure this gets into your hands as quickly as humanly possible.
